Taqeem is an AI-powered technical verification platform that evaluates engineering candidates through authentic, real-world coding challenges. Unlike traditional assessments, Taqeem simulates the actual work environment by allowing candidates to work in their native development environment (GitHub) while our AI monitors and evaluates their work.
The platform uses a multi-layer evaluation system that assesses code quality, architecture, reasoning, security awareness, communication, and overall seniority level. Each submission is analyzed by our advanced AI engine to provide detailed, actionable feedback.
