To use Taqeem, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • Keep your account credentials confidential
  • Submit original work during assessments
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others

policyAssessment Integrity

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

  • Cheat, plagiarize, or submit work that is not your own
  • Use external assistance, tools, or people during timed assessments
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass anti-cheat systems
  • Impersonate another person or use fraudulent credentials

Consequences: Violations may result in score invalidation, account suspension, or permanent termination. Fraudulent assessments may be reported to companies and third parties.

copyrightIntellectual Property Rights

Your Code: You retain all ownership rights to code you submit. By submitting, you grant Taqeem a non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store your code for evaluation purposes.

Platform Content: All content on Taqeem, including documentation, assessment prompts, and evaluation criteria, is owned by Taqeem or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without permission.

gavelLimitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAQEEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Disclaimer: The Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties. We do not guarantee specific job outcomes or hiring decisions based on assessment results.

mediationDispute Resolution

Appeal Process: If you believe your assessment was evaluated unfairly, you may submit an appeal within 30 days with supporting evidence.

Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

deleteTermination

We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. You may request account deletion at any time through your account settings.

updateModification of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
