With Companies: Your evaluation scores and verified skills are shared with companies when they view your profile. Your detailed assessment details are never shared without explicit consent.
Service Providers: We use third-party services (Supabase for database, Vercel for hosting, OpenAI for AI evaluation) that process your data according to our data processing agreements.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

No Public Training: Your code and submission data will not be used to train public AI models or shared for research without explicit consent.
Evaluation Only: AI models are used solely to evaluate your work and provide feedback. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve our evaluation engine.

Active Accounts: We retain your data while your account is active. Evaluation results are kept for at least 2 years for verification purposes.
After Deletion: Upon account deletion, we retain anonymized aggregated data for analytics. Personal identifiers are removed within 30 days, though some data may be retained longer for legal or operational reasons.
